Life can leave us overwhelmed and disconnected from ourselves. We often don’t have the time or mental space to properly process our experiences, stresses, and challenges.  As a result, feelings of confusion, exhaustion, or being stuck can quietly grow. This can be especially true when we’re carrying the weight of unresolved trauma or navigating ongoing difficult experiences.


Whether you're dealing with everyday pressures, painful events, or simply a sense that something isn’t right, therapy can help you make sense of it all. Together, we’ll explore your experiences at your pace, helping you understand who you are and what you truly want from life.

Anxiety and Depression
When anxiety or depression occur, it can feel hard to cope.  Counselling can help you understand and manage your overwhelming emotions, recognise patterns that keep you stuck, and recreate your life.  

 

Low Self-Esteem
If you struggle with self-worth or harsh inner criticism, therapy provides a space to challenge those internal narratives. Together, we explore your strengths, reshape how you see yourself, and build confidence from within.

 

Neurodivergence
I have a passion for working with neurodiverse clients, including those who are autistic, ADHD, dyslexic, further information can be found here.

 

Parenting and Family
Parenting can leaving us feeling both deeply fulfilled and distraught.  In therapy we can focus on how you experience yourself in your role as a parent, work through the current dynamics within your family, explore the triggers and past patterns that arise, and support you to create a more authentic and balanced connection with  your family.

 

Relationship Difficulties
Relationships, past or present, with partners, family members, friends, or colleagues, can be both a source of joy and a source of pain. When communication breaks down or conflict becomes overwhelming, it can undermine your wellbeing. I offer all my clients, whether straight or queer, a space to explore relational patterns, understand your needs, and develop healthier, more fulfilling ways of relating to others.

 

Stress and Burnout
When life feels like too much; whether from work, caregiving, or trying to meet everyone’s expectations, your own wellbeing can take a back seat. Having spent years in a high-pressure corporate environment, I deeply understand the stress, burnout, and overwhelm that can come from juggling multiple responsibilities. Counselling can help you identify what's contributing to the overwhelm, create healthier boundaries, and find more sustainable ways to manage your energy and emotional health.

 

Transitions and Life Changes
Bereavement, perimenopause/menopause, becoming a new parent, divorce, transitions can be unsettling. Therapy helps you process change, find your footing, and move forward with intention.
